MEET GABBY
Gabrielle Bastick is a physiotherapist with additional training in women's and pelvic health through the University of Melbourne, alongside qualifications in strength and conditioning and clinical exercise prescription.
Gabby is passionate about helping women regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities they enjoy. Her approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, education, pelvic health assessment, and targeted exercise programs designed specifically for your goals.
As an active Sunshine Coast local who enjoys surfing, trail running, mountain biking and the outdoors, Gabby understands the importance of helping women return to an active lifestyle.
