Who is this program designed for?
This is NOT for high level athletes. It is for everyday people no matter your current fitness level, who want exceptional results - you will get stronger, you will get fitter. The program is designed to allow you to be modified and includes alternate exercises so you can start at a level that suits you, and progress over time. I particularly encourage people who have never engaged in strengthening exercises to give it a go and I am confident you will love it!

Why are kettlebells used in this program?
After years of working with people in my clinic, I have designed The Hybrid Kettlebell Program based on the methods I incorporate at Be Strong Physio, to help people build muscle, increase strength, strip body fat, improve bone mineral density and increase their enjoyment of training. Kettlebells are highly accessible and are unique as they combine both strength training and cardiovascular endurance. As kettlebells engage multiple muscle groups at once, they provide a total-body workout in less time. Plus kettlebell exercises mimic real-life movements, meaning you get to improve everyday functional strength and balance.

Do I need to know kettlebells skills?
Kettlebells are at the core of this program, so a basic understanding of key kettlebell movements like swings, presses, and cleans is essential. If you’re new to kettlebell training or need a refresher, I highly recommend completing my Be Strong Beginner Kettlebell Program first. It’s a step-by-step course that will teach you everything you need to confidently tackle The Hybrid Kettlebell Program.

Is it only kettlebell exercises?
The program’s foundation is built on kettlebell exercises for their availability, effectiveness and versatility, but it also incorporates other tools like barbells, dumbbells, or bodyweight for a truly hybrid approach.

What equipment do I need?
This program is designed to provide a full-body workout using minimal equipment, making it suitable for everyone - whether you’re training at home or in a fully equipped gym. At a minimum, you’ll need one kettlebell but you can get creative and use backpacks with book etc. If you have access to a gym or additional equipment at home, you can enhance your training with a TRX suspension trainer, pull-up bar, dumbbells, barbells and a bench.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is designed to take about 30–60 minutes, depending on your recent training history, your pace, fitness level but most significantly time availability. If you only have 20 minutes, just start with that. Something is better than nothing!
How many days a week should I do the program?
The program includes 3 structured workouts per week (but you could do 1 or 2 if that’s all you have time for). These are primarily resistance training sessions - I would encourage you to do cardio exercises on alternate days.
What results can I expect?
Results depend on consistency, effort, and your overall lifestyle. Many participants notice improved strength, build muscle, increased energy, and fat loss within 1-2 months.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Always consult with your doctor or a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program if you have an injury or health condition. Geoff is an expert in diagnosing and modifying programs and is available for online consultations if you do have pain or an injury and need help.
What if I have questions during the program?
You’ll have access to support through a private group, email, or FAQ section. We’re here to help you succeed!
What if I want to cancel?
If you want to cancel simply email hello@bestrongphysio.com and we will cancel it immediately (just allow up to 48 hrs to check emails and action it).
